Our
second album:
‘Cha
Cha Cha Excusez Moi!’
is a
little delayed. Please bear with us...
We are
doing extensive research with schools to make sure that the songs in this
second album are perfect for our customers. We want to make sure that all
songs are in the perfect key, are at the right tempo and are highly
enjoyable as well as effective. In addition, the songs form part of our
new musical show which we are piloting with a primary school in Sussex.
We have been busy incorporating feedback from the trials and pilot into
the album and this has led us to delay the launch of the new album until
later this year. We will let you know as soon as the album is ready.
Schools that have pre-ordered have received an email from us and will
receive a CD by 25th July, with some sample tracks.
Cha Cha
Cha Excusez Moi is an irresistible collection of new French songs
based on both time-honoured and contemporary musical styles such as Twist,
Trad Jazz, Reggae, R'n’B, Hip Hop, Cha Cha Cha and much more. The songs
teach and reinforce the Key Stage 1 -3 French curriculum by using phrases,
vocabulary, questions and answers to practise fluent delivery. Teachers

Sing Along In French Musical
‘Pinot’
Etchingham
Primary School in East Sussex has just proved that the whole school can
learn 10 of our songs, with actions, to performance standard, in less than
three weeks in a busy summer term!! They are working towards staging the
first ever version of our new musical show ‘Pinot’ in November this year.
They came to Wimbledon on July 3rd to give a stunning preview of their
work to local teachers, children, press and publishers. Deputy Head
Margaret Williams who has trained the children said she has been amazed at
the amount of French the children have learnt in less than three weeks.
‘Pinot’ is
a captivating pantomime-style musical show which weaves our songs into a
exciting story about a Russian boy who wants to win the Tour de France.
The audience sings along with the cast, and it is the ultimate ‘sing along
event’ for the whole school and all the parents!
The script
for ‘Pinot’ is still on track for November!
